Taxi driver with car plate no. SH7229U caught crossing two lanes and driving over the road divider (chevron markings). By doing so, he caused cars from the two lanes to stop just so he can filter out to the expressway. He was also caught pointing middle finger thrice when affected cars from behind started horning.
