Road rage between Red Hyundai SCR1744 and Van GBC1235T driver.
The video starts at the junction Tampines Ave 10 / Tampines Link all the way to Giant Tampines where the guy alights and confronts the Hyundai driver.
Patrick also went through the video clips before this timing but could not find any altercation before this timing.
This road rage incident happened on Sunday, 8/12/19 at about 12:30pm.
