Incident happened on 10/6/2019, at roughly 9.20PM near Joo Seng. Please ignore the date shown on the video.

Driver switched lanes (right to left) without signalling and checking whether there’s on-coming vehicle on the left lane.

Driver then road hogged 2 lanes when making a sharp left turn towards upper a Aljunied Road., nearly causing an accident to my vehicle.
