Truck has the right of way but owner of SGQ6968X failed to give way on a slip road and caught into the blind spot of the truck….due to the driver inconsideration causing the whole Yishun ave 1 (Yishun dam) jam like hell. Hope this video can help the truck driver from his insurance claim.
