We were driving along the first lane of CTE at around 80-90km.
In order to avoid the van in front of him, driver of mercedes cut into our lane without putting signal, which resulted in us to brake for him.
The distance between our car and the car in front was half a car distance, this could’ve led into an accident if we were not vigilant.
Prior to cutting in front of us, The driver was doing the same acts on the outer lanes.
