Both the driver and passenger claim injuries arise in a very minor accident when our van hit their car with very minor impact when they claim for injuries with 3 days MC. The jerk is smaller than going through a road hump. If there is really an injury, please proceed to claim the insurance but I doubt that there will be any injuries from such a minor impact. It not right to profit from an accident and even worse making a false claim. Seeking public opinion.
