A black sedan (unsure of make and model) makes an illegal left turn on the right most lane. It first comes to an abrupt stop on the rightmost lane in front of an ambulance before making a left turn on a “straight only” lane, narrowly missing an elderly couple who was crossing the road on a bike. It has also failed to look out for traffic on the left most lane before making the dangerous turn. The motorbike on the left lane could have collided into the car had the motorbike been slightly faster.
