Van cuts across all lanes on PIE and smashes into the centre divider railing. Based on the footage, looks like van driver lost control of the vehicle or something happened to driver prior. Van narrowly avoids all other vehicles. Cam car does well to move away at the last minute too.
Happened on the PIE on 18/07/2020.
