An accident involving an ambulance happened during peak hour, 08:30, 10/02/2020 at CTE after PIE (Tuas) exit.

During the morning rush hour traffic, the Honda Vezel went onto the road shoulder to give way to the ambulance. Instead of keeping in lane, the ambulance followed Vezel onto the shoulder. However the shoulder tapers in front and the Vezel is forced to make a stop, causing the ambulance to follow suit and  the tailgating vehicle to thereafter crash into the ambulance.
