Happened on 19/06/2020 @ around 11pm along KPE towards city.
Some say it’s a Yamaha RXZ without a rear number plate and some think it’s an e-bike.
If it’s an e-bike, it is a very special illegal vehicular that can travel up to 120 kph, probably something similar to this.
