GBB 8782P van driver recklessly overtaking and blocking the road while I was driving along Pasir Ris Drive 3. He tailgated and horned at me for 10-20 secs while he can see my wife and baby is sitting at the back. I did not want to engage him as this will put my family at risk. After we stopped he still come and knock my window and pointing middle finger at us. Is he drunk or rushing to go heaven?
