It’s unclear how the car ended up on the wrong side of the road, facing oncoming traffic and waiting to cross the junction.
Incident happened at the exit between PIE (Changi) and Bedok North Ave 3.
The penalty for driving or riding against the flow of traffic is 8 demerit points and a fine of $400 in Singapore.
