Did not expect SMH8825M (off-peak car with P plate) to cut across all 4 lanes. No good reason to join lane 1 at such slow speed on a 60km/h road. Luckily there were no cars behind me or they would not have e-braked in time. Long honk was issued, but is this considered a road offence? (Timestamp is accurate, incident is just before Anak Bukit underpass)
