Car SJW8892A crashes into middle median of flower pots along ECP and catches fire.
This video captures the accident just seconds after it happens but the mysterious thing is that there are no other cars involved and yet there are 3 persons standing at the median hidden among the flower pots. Who can these 3 persons be?
Happened on 4/1/2020 along ECP towards city.
