The ROADS.sg team received this witness video showing how car SJW8892A crashed into the ECP median and subsequently caught on fire.  Speculation dictates that the driver of the crashed vehicle somehow drifted off lane and over course-corrected, causing a loss of control of the vehicle, which then went into the divider.

We have also established the 3 persons standing there are the passengers of this car. We are glad that it looks like no major injuries.
